NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 2026

Notice is given that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Waratah Masters Cycling Club Incorporated will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday 19 APRIL 2026 at Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.
The meeting will take place after the Club racing and prize presentations.

AGENDA

1. Apologies.
2. To confirm the Minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 18 May 2025.
3. To receive and consider the report of the Management Committee on the activities of the Club for the year ended 31 December 2025.
4. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Club for the year ended 31 December 2025.
5. To elect a Returning Officer.
6. To elect the office bearers (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Race Manager) and four ordinary members of the Management Committee.
7. To elect a Representative and an alternative Representative to represent the Club at General Meetings of AusCycling Limited.

The following documents are enclosed with this Notice:
(a) Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting;
(b) Report of the Management Committee for 2025;
(c) Financial Statements of the Club for 2025;
(d) Nomination Form for election to the Management Committee; and
(e) Proxy Form

Nominations for the Management Committee are invited and can only be made on the enclosed form.
