Your correspondent was MIA from this event. Lack of riding due to monsoon conditions the reason/excuse. But two Waratahs made it for the short course. Stephen Mansfield PB’d with a 39:45; closely followed by the evergreen Denis Fahey with a 40:55. Great efforts! Andrew East posted the fastest time with 32:38 – 46kmh average! Yikes.
